· We offer a wide range of services for various events such as weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, baby or bridal showers, tailgate parties, family reunions and more. For public events, it is the responsibility of the client to secure necessary permitting. Cash bar services are not available to sell from our trailer as we are only permitted to serve already purchased alcohol provided by the client.  Our vintage horse trailer bar provides a unique and charming atmosphere for your guests to enjoy.

We serve NE Indiana. The primary regions that we serve are counties surrounding Allen. However, we are willing to travel outside the region if scheduling allows.

No, our packages do not include any alcohol as we are a “dry hire” bar. You will need to purchase the alcohol from a separate vendor (store, your caterer, or your venue) which will then be served by our bartenders. However, all the prep work leading up to your alcohol purchase will be done by us ~ we will help you decide what you need to order, how much you need and when/where it should arrive.

Yes, our horse trailer bar is designed to be versatile and can be set up both indoors and outdoors. Whether you are hosting an event in a rustic barn or a beautiful garden our vintage bar will add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any setting.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date. Our vintage horse trailer bar is in high demand, especially during peak event seasons. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, so feel free to reach out to us even if your event is just around the corner. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Our bar is equipped with 2 taps that are linked to a kegerator. The kegerator can fit two slim quarter kegs, while keeping them cold for the duration of your party. Additional kegs can be placed on ice to keep them cold before they go to into the kegerator.

Yes! For packages that include craft cocktail services, our packages include customization just for you! We are glad to take your guidance, if you have a certain cocktail in mind, or we can suggest fun options for you to choose from. 

Yes, you are welcome to add decorations to the trailer to help match the look of your event. However, the trailer is designed to be able to stand alone without any additional décor. Any decorations added by the client must be hung without using nails, glue, or anything that would permanently alter the trailer. We do provide a chalkboard.

Wandering Spirits is approximately 18 feet long and 8 feet wide. We can position the trailer anywhere that allows enough room to drive the towing vehicle out of the party area after unhitching (or allows us to back the trailer into place). Flat open space is ideal, but we should be able to maneuver the trailer into most spaces.

We prefer to be located within 100 feet of a standard120V outlet, which will allow us to power our kegerator and wine cooler. In addition, we have extra outlets or all types within the trailer, which can provide power for additional appliances (expresso machine, frozen beverage dispensers, speakers, etc).

 Yes, Wandering Spirits is insured for liquor liability and General Liability insurance. All bartenders are certified with Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission.
